No one can honestly guarantee that, since deposits also cover damage, unpaid rent, and other factors beyond cleaning. What we do is remove cleanliness from the list of reasons, and give you photo documentation of the condition you left behind.

Is inside the oven and fridge really included?

Yes, by default, along with inside all cabinets, drawers, and closets. Those are the first places inspections check, so we don't treat them as upsells.

Does the unit need to be empty?

Empty is ideal and lets us reach everything. If some furniture remains, we work around it — just mention it when you book so the quote is accurate.

Do I need to be there?

No. Most clients are busy moving. Arrange access however works: meet us, leave a key, lockbox, or a code, and we'll text you the photos when we're done.

How far ahead should I book?
